I can reply this very easy: template = like a dress
If you have a site about your personal info,you must have a web templates for this site.Because it shows you.If you use a bad template,your visiters can say: This site owner is very bad.Think! When you go to your friends to do something and If yoor dress smells very bad which is dirty,i think they will say you are very bad and dirty man,and if i were them,i can say,”i don’t want to see you again.”
